Great 3D Internet Browser!

Hi! It seems you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! Feel free to leave comments on posts!

I have finally found the best way to browse the internet, no its definitely not firefox or internet explorer or Safari ( Mac ). The internet browser that I am writing about is in public BETA version and is provided free by SpaceTime 3D, Inc. This internet browser will change the way we browse and search the internet. I had the opportunity to try out this browser and just couldnt wait to write about it.

SpaceTime is a 3D internet browser that lets you browse the web in a 3D version. You can either search the web by typing in the URL or by using the services from the drop down menu which include google, amazon, ebay, etc. It is simply the best bowsing experience I have had so far.

I searched worknplay.net using google web search and I got all the results that are stored on the web in a neat 3D stack. If I want to view a particular page all I have to do is click on that page and it will bring it to the front. If I like what I see all I have to do is double click it to open the page. Also I tried 3D ebay service. I typed in domain names and it showed all the domain names that were available on ebay for sale with prices and time left. I just dont have words to describe the friendliness and ease of use of this browser.

Please check these pictures out and see for yourself:

I used google web service using the red drop down menu. My keyword was worknplay.net. This search resulted in all the results available on the net in a neat 3D stack. I could simply click on whatever page I wanted to view and it brought the page on the front. And to open the page all I had to do was double click. Also if I wanted to go to the previous page I can simply use the previous button from the menu at the bottom.

My next search I used ebay 3D service using the drop down menu. My keyword was domain names. After I entered it showed me all the pages that were on ebay where the domain names were for sale. All I had to do to bring a page forward was click on it and to open it up I had to double click it. Now you can see two thumbnails at the bottom. The first one is my first search and the second one is my second, obviously. But if I want to return to my first I have to click on the first thumbnail and I am back to my first search results which you can see on the left.

Since this browser is still in its BETA version there are still some bugs and the program seems to lag every once ina while. But once its completely done it will be a nice browser if not the best. I am sold on this one. Great browsing experience. If you would like to try this browser yourself please click on this link Download Spacetime 3D Browser.

A search engine that finds you

Here is a search engine that literally finds you. Spock, which is still in its BETA version is a people search engine built to dig your information out from the internet. I personally am not very keen on these kind of services as it just seems like it kind of takes the privacy out of people’s lives.

When I typed my name in the search box, I got three results matching my name and spock pulled out my MySpace information.

Although its something that might be helpful for students and professionals to find information on peoples biography and that sort of things, I personally am not very fond of this service. But I do recognize the application of this service is useful – it all depends who is in front of the screen using this service.

Google’s newest acquisition rocks!

I had known for a couple days about google’s new acquisition but haven’t had time to get around and check it out. I finally did and I love what I am seeing and I thought of sharing this with my readers.
Google has just added Grandcentral to its portfolio, a site that lets you forward calls to all your phones ( landlines, cell phones, VOIP ) through one number.

Here is a description of how this service works: When you open an account at Grandcentral.com you are assigned a unique number based on your area code. After this step you provide grandcentral all of the numbers that you can be reached at , land lines, cell phones, VOIP, etc. Now you are rady to roll. You can give all your contacts this one number provided by Grandcentral.com and you can have your land lines, cell phones, internet phones and even your gijmo project client, or all of the above ringing - simulataneously.

While your caller is waiting for you to answer your call, Grandcentral plays a standard ring tune but if you choose you can upload mp3 files to soothe your callers ears as well. Neat! Also if you prefer not to answer one of these calls Grandcentral forwards these calls to a voice mail that can be accessed via the website or your email. Also the neatest of all you can also hear the incoming voice mail on your phone while they are being recorded.

This is a great service and since it is tied with google it is going to get better day by day. You will never miss a call with this service, whether at home or road, in your office or anywhere that you have access to any type of phone that you have provided the number to Grandcentral.Awesome service and once again google keeps it free.

No need of a software if you use this service

For every business there is a need to create flowcharts, organizational maps, etc. at some point in time. To do this we mostly end of buying software or installing them on our hard drives which takes up that valuable space we have been saving for other things.

The solution is here. DrawAnywhere is a web based, cross browser mind mapping software that allows us to design, create and share flowcharts and other diagram needs without installing any software.

Click on the picture to see what the interface looks like. You can use this service to draw flowcharts, organizational charts, print diagrams and save them in different formats or as a PDF file and share and collaborate your files with others. Great web application.

Convert RSS feeds to Audio

Personally, this service is one of the best service there could be for bloggers. We as bloggers and blog readers dont always find time to sit infront of the computer and read articles from our favorite blogs. Well, there is a solution to that.

Odiogo is a free service that lets you convert your RSS feeds into high quality audio format which can either be embedded into your website or downloaded into your ipod or MP3 player. This sure makes life easier on the run as you can let your busy readers listen to your posts instead of sitting infront of the computer. Great service and its free. Want google bot to crawl to your website – Faster?

This is a great service for all websites that have 500 pages or less. XML Sitemap Generator from XML-Sitemaps.com provides fast and easy sitemap creation ( A sitemap is a way of organizing a website, identifying the URL’s and data under each section. Due to this organization of all the factors it is much easier for the search engine to find a website ).

This service not only trawls through all levels of your site but also gives you a running count of pages and provides a text based URL list and an html sitemap that you can import or download straight into your website.

This service is free if your website is less that 500 pages but if you have a larger site you can access the script based version for a low cost. This service also gets an endorsement from Google via inclusion in their list of Third Party Plugins for Google sitemaps. Great handy tool for all the webmasters out there. It cant get any easier than this.
