Why go to Church? Confess at i4Giveu

This post was supposed to be for tomorrow but I couldn’t wait, so here it is!

Wow! Yes, wow is the word to define this site. I had no clue in the known world, there would be a site like this, it is amazing. Alright I am going to stop hitting darts in dark and get right to the point.

I4giveu is a website that allows you to post your sins and be rated from other members. You can rate other people’s sin based on whether or not it is forgivable. It is pretty neat, I don’t know how many people would take the word of other members instead of a priest, but hey it’s a fun time in there.

The good thing about the site is to rate a sin, you do not have to be a member. You can signup and post your sins and see how forgivable it is or just go ahead and put a halo or horns on sins done by other members. I tried it and I was kind of hooked. Some of the sins people have posted in there are hilarious. Also the tag cloud makes it really easy to pick a particular subject and make a comment on it.

Like I said, I am not sure how many people would consider my forgiving over a priests but it sure as heck is fun. You have got to try it out. Lemme know what you think through your comments.

Guru! Online Marketplace for Freelancers

Guru.com is a global marketplace for freelance talent where employers post jobs in search of individuals with specific talents or skills locally, nationally and globally. If you are looking to make some money from home this is the way to go. Since I have hands on experience using this web service I can personally say that this is one of the best way to go if you are looking to make some extra money from home ( Note:- this is not a “work from home”, get quick rich deal website. If you have talent on a particular field you can try it here but you have to have patience as businesses and employers will hesitate to hire someone new right away ).

How the service works

To use this service you have to create a membership account which is free. After that you can login and see what businesses are looking for ( data entry, programmer, clerical staff, medical reports, language translation, etc ), you can apply for a job based on your talent / skills.

Based on your talent or skill you can bid on these jobs from a particular employer. You can also see the employer’s statistics which shows how much they have paid so far, pending invoices, etc which gives you an idea of how reliable the employer is.

One suggestion, if you do decide to use this service make sure you upload your resume. Although it’s a job from home you do have to prove that you are the right candidate for a job and have what it takes. And who knows, if you get a job once the employer might keep coming back. You might not make as much at once but if you keep getting these job contracts it can be a steady source of income and remember, a million is made up of pennies as well!

In my opinion Guru.com is where people should look for when thinking about making money from home rather than wasting money on all other scams. This is one great online market for work from home job seekers and one of my favorite web services.

An integrated search agent for you

This software is a must have for all, especially for writers and readers alike. Have you ever had the desire to find a meaning of a word while you are reading a word, notepad or other document? If you answered yes this program will make your life lot easier.

Transfz ( pronounced as transfuse ) is an integrated search agent that will let you search for a meaning or run a google search from any document that you are using. If you are writing something in word, notepad or other document and want to see what a word means all you need to do is highlight the word and press CTRL+D and a menu pops up. If you want to see search results click on Google, Wikipedia or if you want meanings just click on dictionary on the menu and there you are. No hassle of opening a browser and typing it in. Although this software is in its Beta stage I didn’t have any problems with it.

Also if you are browsing through a website and you want to get results for a particular word you can do the same thing over again. Just highlight the word and press CTRL+D and choose what you want to do from the menu.

Excellent Search Engine!

“Cha” means Search in Chinese so the website I am writing about here does exactly what its name suggests. ChaCha.com is a new way of searching the web. Although still in its BETA version ChaCha seems to have won many hearts.

The first thing that this site does is it searches the internet just like any other search engine. Yeah, so what is so cool about it right? The neat thing about this search engine is if you want you can get human assistance to guide you through your search results. To use this feature you will have to register which takes about one to two minutes ( free ). Then after you verify your email address you are connected to a human guide which takes about 1 minute or so. After you are connected to a human guide you can type your queries and the guide will help you find results. In my case, I got the exact results I wanted which if I was looking through google, I would have to look through many pages.

This search engine is something we should all look into. If we are searching for general terms we can use any search engine as they all pretty much yield the same results. But if you want something precise and exact then human guided search through ChaCha is the way to go.

Update:
This link was suggested to me by one of my fellow blogcatalog members for an article Click here for the article which talks about ChaCha’s scams. In this article it is written that ChaCha has taken the live guide button off the homepage which I found to be false. Also in this article it is said that ChaCha makes users use the general search first which I also found to be false.

My experience:
I typed in my query and clicked on the Live Guide button. I was taken to the sign in page and I signed in using my email and password and I was instantly taken to a page where I received help from the Guide. This is my personal experience, please lemme know yours!

Great 3D Internet Browser!

I have finally found the best way to browse the internet, no its definitely not firefox or internet explorer or Safari ( Mac ). The internet browser that I am writing about is in public BETA version and is provided free by SpaceTime 3D, Inc. This internet browser will change the way we browse and search the internet. I had the opportunity to try out this browser and just couldnt wait to write about it.

SpaceTime is a 3D internet browser that lets you browse the web in a 3D version. You can either search the web by typing in the URL or by using the services from the drop down menu which include google, amazon, ebay, etc. It is simply the best bowsing experience I have had so far.

I searched worknplay.net using google web search and I got all the results that are stored on the web in a neat 3D stack. If I want to view a particular page all I have to do is click on that page and it will bring it to the front. If I like what I see all I have to do is double click it to open the page. Also I tried 3D ebay service. I typed in domain names and it showed all the domain names that were available on ebay for sale with prices and time left. I just dont have words to describe the friendliness and ease of use of this browser.

Please check these pictures out and see for yourself:

I used google web service using the red drop down menu. My keyword was worknplay.net. This search resulted in all the results available on the net in a neat 3D stack. I could simply click on whatever page I wanted to view and it brought the page on the front. And to open the page all I had to do was double click. Also if I wanted to go to the previous page I can simply use the previous button from the menu at the bottom.

My next search I used ebay 3D service using the drop down menu. My keyword was domain names. After I entered it showed me all the pages that were on ebay where the domain names were for sale. All I had to do to bring a page forward was click on it and to open it up I had to double click it. Now you can see two thumbnails at the bottom. The first one is my first search and the second one is my second, obviously. But if I want to return to my first I have to click on the first thumbnail and I am back to my first search results which you can see on the left.

Since this browser is still in its BETA version there are still some bugs and the program seems to lag every once ina while. But once its completely done it will be a nice browser if not the best. I am sold on this one. Great browsing experience. If you would like to try this browser yourself please click on this link Download Spacetime 3D Browser.
