The 100th Post - Sending Out a Thank You
It’s pretty exciting as this marks the 100th post on Work n Play since it started in August 2007. This blog has grown in terms of traffic, hopefully quality and been through many changes and I myself think I am growing as a blogger. I thought of sending out a thank you that is long overdue and what better way to utilize the 100th post. I look at this as a milestone for a new blog and would like to thank one person who has helped me tremendously.
I would like to thank Jonathan C. Phillips, a friend of mine who has helped me in every single way to grow and mature as a blogger. Thanks to Jon my blog looks presentable now unlike when it was on Blogger. It was Jon who helped me move all my posts from blogger to WordPress and design and modify the site as well. If it wasn’t for his help I probably would have quit blogging by now.

Jonathan C. Phillips - Did I forget to tell you Jon is a musician as well. Ok wait! Blogger, designer, developer, musician, entrepreneur, is there anything I don’t know yet Jon? Anyways, this is his personal blog where you can find information about him and his musical career. The portfolio section on this blog will be coming up soon where you can see Jon’s mastery as a designer and developer. He has an album coming out sometimes next year as well, shoot him an email, he might send you a free copy.

Congratulations! Was recently thinking of redesigning my blog, and now I stumbled on to this. What plans do you have in store for this website? 100th post is only the beginning, so don’t get too complacent!

Thanks for all the links and mentions, but you’re the one to thank! 100 posts is quite something, many bloggers will give up after just a couple of weeks/months, I love when I see a blog grow and get to another level (especially one I designed hehe), and it seems you’re getting more and more exposure, I told you, you rock! Keep it up!

Hey Ritu - let me add my congrats to you - it took me about 6 months to reach 100 (snigger) posts - so well done.- John has been one of my favourite bloggers for a while now -John - I didn’t know you were a musician - this is totally cool - can I have your autograph?? How heavy (old school heavy like Led or new school like Metallica (sorry my knowledge is limited but I am an old rocker and I like the Cream, Pink Floyd type) or HEAVY like Rampfstad (?) because I like that too..

well the music is hard to describe, I don’t really wanna label the style hehe you can check out the myspace profile, there are 3 songs on there, they’re rough mixes though, we’ll put better versions online soon (when the website is done)
