Returns

All returns must be initiated WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we regret that we cannot accommodate a refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused, not washed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with picture proof of time/date stamp. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) with picture of received condition.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming the reception of your returned item within 48 hours. This email will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email specifying the refund process.

Please note that SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged from our error. If your item falls into this category, please contact us via email at info@worknplay.net, and we will assess whether the damage or error can be attributed to the manufacturer. Any damage or design issues must be reported WITHIN 7 DAYS after receiving your item. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The delivery time for your new product may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return of Incorrect, Undeliverable, or Misaddressed Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, non-existent address, or undeliverability will be treated as returns upon their arrival. In such cases, an email will be sent to the purchaser, and store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit.
